Dan and the team came over yeaterday and installed a wonderful new ducted system into my house, great customer service and no request was an issue, they went above and beyond, to the degree that Dan went to Bunnings to get a vent to cover up the old hole made by the old system that he uninstalled so that I could sell it! I could not recommend higher! Thanks again Dan!
Excellent service. Very prompt with installation and only took about 2 weeks from accepting the quote for it to be installed. Very happy with the air con unit and the team left the house clean and tidy.
Dan was incredibly professional, once contacted he came and gave me a quote, 2 weeks later the ducted system was installed in less than a day. All the team were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. He moved the existing wall unit downstairs as well. I would recommend DE air conditioning to anyone looking to install air conditioning. I will be getting Dan back later in the year as I have another section of the house currently under renovation where I will require an air conditioner.

Reliable and efficient! Was able to fit us in on short notice to come and inspect our AC and once the problem was located we were given the time frame and quote for the services quickly. Ended up being completed 1 week earlier than initially allowed for which was great. Very happy with the service provided.
So glad we came across DE Air conditioning service, having issues with our split system Daniel came out the next day had a thorough inspection and found the issue he had the parts ordered and installed within 2 days at a good price. Both he and his apprentice were very helpful and knowledgeable, cleaned up afterwards aswell. after we discovered water leaking through our roof, which turned out to be our aircon, we were told we would need to replace our ducted air, We spoke to the original people we had used but they were very rude (and it appeared the leak was as a result of something dodgy they did) so we contacted DE. Daniel was able to come and look at the issue within a day or so, he went through all our options with us, which aligned with everything the insurer assessor had told us, he sent us quotes with all the various options he discussed, we chose what we wanted and booked it in. They arrived on time, were very mindful of our animals, and did an amazing job. Something must have got knocked with our TV antennae in the roof, i messaged that night when i discovered and they came out early the next morning and fixed it. And for me the most important thing is, Daniel will contact me each year to let me know my air is due for a service so i don't have to remember to contact him.
